Power Cars & Peaches – Sunday, July 16th

Join us on Sunday, July 16th from 1 to 4pm at the Weymouth Center in Southern Pines for an informal Car Show, live music, and free ice cream!

Stroll the shaded grounds of Weymouth to admire vintage and classic cars provided by the Sandhills Motoring Club while enjoying entertainment from local musical favorite Whiskey Pines. Free peach ice cream will be provided by Gilbert’s Ice Cream courtesy of the Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Aberdeen Area CVB.

No need to register! There will also be a kids’ zone, a food truck, and a peach scavenger hunt. Bring a lawn chair and/or a picnic lunch.

This event is part of Peach Week, an expansion of Candor’s annual Peach Festival. In addition to the annual festival, July 13-22 experience Moore County farm tours, a 5K run, a Blues Festival, kids’ activities, and so much more!
