NC Transportation Museum Visit – Gallery

Saturday was another great day on the road for the Sandhills Motoring Club! Club members gathered for a scenic back roads drive to Spencer, North Carolina, enjoying some of the region’s winding roads and beautiful countryside.

Our first stop was Hendrix BBQ, where the group had a well-earned lunch before heading to the N.C. Transportation Museum. Members spent the afternoon exploring an impressive collection that tells the story of transportation and innovation – from the age of steam and North Carolina’s railroad history to automobiles, aviation, and the machines that help keep America moving.

Great roads, great food, fascinating history, and an even better group of enthusiasts made for a terrific Saturday outing. Thank you to everyone who joined us!
